Our Orthodontic Services
Braces
While traditional braces have been around for a long time, they have evolved with advancements in technology. Today’s braces are smaller, more comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. They are available in either metal or as a less visible, clear option. You get to pick different color combinations every time you visit!
Clear Aligners
A nearly invisible and removable option to achieve a perfect smile without the hassle of traditional braces. Aligners typically require fewer office visits, have fewer food restrictions, little to no emergency visits, and allow for easier brushing and flossing. We also have the option of remote monitoring to save you time and make treatment more convenient!
Early Treatment
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends every child see an orthodontist by age 7 to determine if early treatment, often called Phase 1, is indicated. Crossbites or underbites are treated more successfully while the child is still young, and can boost a child’s self-esteem and confidence during crucial developmental years. Not all children need treatment at this age, in which case we monitor growth and begin orthodontics only when necessary.
Surgical Orthodontics
Some patients have more severe issues that can only be corrected with jaw surgery (or orthognathic surgery). Although it’s a more invasive treatment option, jaw surgery can significantly improve issues like difficulty chewing and speaking, facial asymmetry and appearance, and even sleep apnea and related breathing difficulties. These benefits can have a profound positive impact on overall health and well-being.
Snoring and Airway Treatment
Sleep disorders and snoring problems are common in both kids and adults, and can often have a large negative impact on quality of life. Treatment depends on the severity of each individual case, and ranges from behavioral changes to oral appliances and in more severe cases, surgery.
